Freedom Unspoken

Freedom Unspoken

Igniting change, one breakthrough at a time

From unspoken pain to unshakable peace — Freedom Unspoken is a Christ-centered journey of healing from sexual trauma.

You’re Not Broken — You’re Becoming

You’re here.
And that means something powerful:
You’ve chosen to confront your story instead of letting it define you.
That choice alone makes you a warrior.

In this space, you won’t be reduced to your pain.
You’re not just a survivor —
You’re someone who stood in the fire and lived to tell the story.

This isn’t just about healing wounds.
It’s about reclaiming your identity, your voice, your freedom.
You are not what happened to you.
You are who you’ve chosen to become despite it.

Here, healing isn’t just survival —
It’s sacred.
It’s transformation.
It’s becoming.

You don’t have to walk this road alone.
This is a community where stories are spoken, not silenced.
Where wounds are met with grace.
And where freedom is possible — because God is still writing your story.

I see you.
Bold. Becoming.
Not broken — but being rebuilt by the One who restores all things.

Let’s walk this journey together.

Welcome to your freedom.

About me

I’m a small-town girl from Donora, Pennsylvania — a place known for the Great Smog (kinda dark), and Ken Griffey Jr. (a bright spot, if you're into baseball)! While my roots are humble, my journey has been anything but ordinary. I'm a child of God, a wife, a dog mom, and a psychiatry resident passionate about people and purpose!

Brittany Yahaya, MD

He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners,to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor and the day of vengeance of our God,
to comfort all who mourn,
3 and provide for those who grieve in Zion—to bestow on them a crown of beauty
instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning,
and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor.

Why This Matters

Before launching our sexual abuse healing course, we want to make sure it truly meets the needs of those it’s created for. That’s where you come in.

This short questionnaire is simply a way for us to better understand who we’re walking with — your interests, your needs, and where you are in your healing journey. Every response helps us design a course that is safe, supportive, and deeply intentional.

You are never required to share anything you’re not comfortable with. Share what you feel led to — no pressure, no judgment, just grace.

Your voice matters. Your healing matters. And we’re honored to walk this path with you. 🤍
